TO MAKE A PURCHASE FROM OUR ONLINE SHOP, YOU MUST FIRST CONFIRM THE FOLLOWING;

The Eftya team has taken measures to ensure the quality, reliability and accuracy of this website. 

However MAISON EFTYA online Shop:
  • May delete, add, or amend information on this website without notice
  • Is not responsible for the content of other websites linked to, or referenced from, this website.

Any information gathered by WWW.maisoneftya.COM will not be shared with any third party.



RETURNS:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. Once you’ve requested an exchange, you have 14 days to send your item(s) back to us.

Any damaged or defective items may be exchanged or refunded.

To exchange or refund any damaged or defective items you must provide the following;

  1. An email to maisoneftya@gmail.com outlining the reason why you would like to exchange or refund your item.                            In this email please clearly provide your name, email, order number and receipt, along with an                                              unboxing video AND THE REASON FOR EXCHANGE/REFUND.                                                                                                                            
  2. A video showing the full unboxing of the item(s); opening the items from their initial shipped state. Any claim without this video is unvalid, and will not be exchanged or refunded.


After receipt of this email, The Eftya Team will provide you with the appropriate information regarding your return’s approval IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. 

There is no guarantee of refund or exchange, so do not send your item before receiving an email from The Eftya Team approving your return.


PLEASE NOTE:


  • We only exchange items that are;
                    >defected or damaged upon delivery from Maison Eftya                                                                                                                       >we do not exchange items purchased in the wrong size.                                                                                                                       Please consult our sizing chart before purchasing online.                                                                                                               If purchasing offline, You may book an appointment at our jakarta studio and check out our show room :)                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Eftya does not currently exchange or refund items purchased in the wrong colour or style.                                                                We would rather you take your time when ordering, just as we have taken our time in crafting                                              these pieces from hand. Be sure of your order before purchasing, there’s no rush ;)

  • All exchanged or damaged items MUST be in their original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered.


  • All returned items must be complete with all original tags and packaging.


  • Refunds and exchanges will only be made once the damaged item has been received by The Eftya Team.


  • All returned items must be sent in proper packaging, this may be the original packaging or one of your choosing.


  • Any shipping costs and applicable duties will be covered by the customer. Refunds for damaged items will be refunded to the original payment method excluding cost of shipping.


  • Please note that refunds may take up to 5 business days depending on which payment method is used.


  • Sale items are not eligible for returns.


SHIPPING:

Orders will be shipped within 24hrs of purchase, except for the case of preorders.
Pre orders will be shipped on the date outlined in the sale.
customers can expect an email once orders have been processed and shipped along with the appropriate tracking number.

  •     Free shipping for any orders over 2.500.000 IDR


SHIPPING BELOW 2.500.000 IDR


  • WITHIN INDONESIA BUT outside of Jabodetabek 100.000 IDR

  • OUTSIDE INDONESIA pRIOR TO PURCHASE PLEASE CONTACT THE EFTYA TEAM at maisoneftya@gmail.com                                      WITH YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS so we MAY PREPARE the appropriate shipping fees AND/OR TAXES.
